I have used glownovas several times. I have a new person in my photography team so I ordered a couple of embroidered dress. After I placed the order I rec’d the confirmation email. I hit reply to inquire about how quickly I could get my dress, knowing full well that there was no “rush” orders. And usually,,when you reply to a confirmation email, you rarely get a person to respond. There are still great companies out there, and glownovas is one of them! They responded within minutes, not reciting policy or giving excuses, but with a “we will put this order at the front of the line” and try our best to get you your dress asap. I got an automated email about a day later saying my shirts were in production…then another saying they had shipped. Everything smooth, perfect….and here quickly!! glownovas is the best!!
